How to start a healthy living lifestyle starting today


Living life gets more fun when you are fit and healthy. The best is to stay fit inside, so that nothing from outside can affect your immunity from within, be it any junk food, germs, infections, etc. But is staying healthy all about boring food? Well it is not.

If you love eating and have a corner as well for junk stalls, then how to adapt healthy food habits? It’s difficult but not impossible. Simply eat more of good and less of bad which means that a human can consume say around 64% of solid foods in his or her body, the rest is all counted as liquids.
