How to plan a quick party in a week’s time

If you are thinking of hosting a party this month and don’t know where to start from then here is a quick checklist for your party to be a hit:

10 days before:

Decide on your budget and theme first, like what’s the occasion. Don’t let anyone know yet you are planning a party. First see how important it is to throw a party and how much money you can spare. Then make on a rough invite list to get an idea who all and the number of people coming. Decide on a place where you need to host the party.

A week before:

Finalise the guest list and send out invites so that people know about attending something next week. Plan the menu and book a caterer, you may also order food online like with Foodpanda coupons if the number is manageable. Clean up your house if it’s a house party; make sure your clean every corner of the house. Also line up helps for your party; you know you won’t be able to handle things alone.

Five days before:

Check and clean your dishware, stock the bar, know on decoration, where to set the stage, make floor plan, check the medicine cabinet and get medicines. Plan for music and get your music arranged, buy portable speakers if need be with Shopclues coupons.

Three days before:

Notify the neighbours that there will be party, including the landlord. Make sure they don’t create any problems on the day of the event. Get your entire grocery shopping done. Check that your house is safe with all wiring and no corner glass is jutting out if kids are coming, make sure you house is safe.
On the day of the party:

Hide anything you don’t want the visitors to see. Call them or text them to confirm if they are coming. Get fresh flowers and anything else you need from the market. Do all your done required before your guests start coming in. Like in case you need to order pizzas with Dominos coupons, order it before your guests come in and leave time for the delivery so that when the party begins, you can also join the house and party hard.
