The need to eat fruits and vegetables



Everyone eats fruits and vegetables everyday to the best of their capacity but the question is that the amount of greens that one intakes, is it sufficient for their body type and if not, then how would one know the right proportions?

Just last year, as per the Indian standard research, it was told that around 34% of the Indian crowd was malnourished because they didn’t have enough amounts of nutrients that fresh greens deliver.
